Nord Anglia Education PLC has today announced the proposed sale of its nursery division, Leapfrog Day Nurseries including Leapfrog Childcare Vouchers to Busy Bees Group Limited, part of the worlds largest childcare provider, ABC Learning Centres Limited.

It is anticipated that the sale will be finalised by mid-September 2007.

Busy Bees is one of the UK's largest childcare providers with over 4000 childcare places, so like Leapfrog, they are experts in what they do, ensuring the very highest levels of care and service to parents and their children.
