How to register for Leapfrog Childcare Vouchers

To register for Leapfrog Childcare Vouchers, just complete the form below! Please note that all fields are mandatory.

Before you can register for Leapfrog Childcare Vouchers, your Employer MUST already be registered with us.

Once you have registered

Once you have registered, you will need to complete a 'Registration and Agreement' form and 'Variation of Contract' form, and hand these to your HR department.

If you have selected to receive E-Vouchers, we will contact you with a secure username and password, to allow you to access your online account, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!

If you have selected to receive paper vouchers, we will send you an order form to complete, so we can process your order.
