The Leapfrog Childcare Voucher scheme is a very simple and cost-effective way for both employers and employees to obtain Tax and National Insurance savings through childcare costs.
The scheme gives parents the flexibility and freedom to choose their preferred method of childcare – whilst making substantial savings. Your company has the benefit of becoming a family-friendly employer whilst at the same time, making substantial savings too!
Your employees can choose to take up to £55 per week or £243 per month of their salary in the form of childcare vouchers. This elected amount of their salary does not attract Tax or National Insurance contributions.
By offering your Employees Leapfrog Childcare Vouchers, they may benefit from Emergency Childcare too. If their usual method of childcare becomes unavailable, parents can call our FREE Customer Helpline who will arrange, subject to availability, a place in their nearest Leapfrog Day Nursery, where their child will be cared for by a qualified, experienced team until their usual childcare resumes.
